Terms: Net 30 Days F.O.B.: Fairlawn, NJ Quotes: Valid for 90 Days Coated Tools: We guarantee all coated tools which leave our facility. If you choose to coat tools after shipment, the quality and accuracy cannot be guaranteed to meet TRU-VOLUTE standards. Returns: Any tools returned must be authorized and are subject to a restocking charge. We will not accept and hobs coated outside of our facility. Any tools returned for coating are subject to a $50.00 minimum charge. Cancellations: Any tools returned must be authorized and are subject to a cancellation fee. Telephone Orders: All telephone orders that are confirmed by mail, must be marked "Confirming". Many orders are shipped before the confirming notice arrives, therefore, any costs incurred for duplicate shipments will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Schedule: Russell, Holbrook & Hendersen, Inc., will accept blanket orders with the understanding that cancellations are not accepted. We manufacture your tools in advance and ship according to scheduled dates. |
